Marie joined the team in 2013, with nearly ten years of diverse experience in strategic human capital and project management, performance accountability, and successful implementation of innovative process improvement initiatives for various departments in large metropolitan local governments. 

 

Her areas of expertise are classification, compensation and benefits, policy and regulatory oversight, onboarding, and new hire orientation.  Marie supports clients with policy development, performance management, and classification.  She holds a bachelor's degree with honors in business/management, and is SPHR and IMPA-SCP certified.
