Marie D. Oliveria, SPHR, IPMA-SCP, Client Services Manager

With more than 20 years of experience in business and human resources, Marie is the firm’s Client Services Manager.  Her focus is on strengthening client relationships and ensuring exceptional service experiences.  Marie leads the onboarding process for new clients, transitional discussions, and the standardization and scaling of service processes and tools.  She also provides support and advice on internal and external resources and drives productivity and service excellence.

Marie joined Pinnacle HR as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner in 2013, with nearly ten years of experience in strategic human capital, project management, performance accountability, and the successful implementation of innovative process improvement initiatives. Her areas of expertise as a human resources practitioner included employee relations, conflict resolution, classification, policy, and regulatory oversight, onboarding, and new-hire orientation.  

Marie earned her bachelor’s degree with honors in Business/Management and holds both the SPHR and IMPA-SCP certifications.
