We have been virtual since our start in 2011.

We manage the Client engagement with a 1:1 Point of Contact.

The entire Pinnacle HR team supports the Pinnacle POC.

Our primary communication tools are e-mail, phone, MS Teams & Microsoft SharePoint.

We communicate regularly.

We keep meetings to a minimum.

We provide the best advice, recommendations, and guidance for your needs. 

We achieve client satisfaction through accountability, communication, exchange of ideas, work/project planning and reporting.

We require mutual open and honest feedback.
