Ebony Stonewall-James, Client Communications Specialist

Ebony joined the team in 2022 with varied experience in higher education, small businesses, non-profit, finance, and sales industries. Ebony works closely with the Client Services Group and our clients to promote reliable, consistent, and effective communications. Her expertise includes customer service, problem resolution, oral and written communication, editing, and a keen eye for detail.

Ebony's vast experience in higher education includes more than a decade of recruiting, program development, student retention, training, and administrative support.  She enjoys building relationships and facilitating success, amongst others.  Ebony holds a bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature.
