Karen Landon, MSHRM, Senior Human Resources Consultant
Karen joined the team in 2012, with more than ten years of proven expertise developing and implementing recruiting strategies and human resources programs that protect assets and retain talent.
She holds a master's degree in human resources with a focus in legal studies and a bachelor's degree in history education. Karen has worked with employees and managers on a wide variety of employee relations issues in both the public and the private sector. She has conducted numerous investigations regarding employee misconduct, discrimination, harassment, and disciplinary action, and made recommendations for action to general counsel and employment attorneys.
Karen supports clients with human resources strategy, policy and procedure, recruitment and staffing, performance management and employee relations.
