Tracey Guidt, Human Resources Consultant

Tracey joined the team in 2022 with 20+ years of human resources management experience. Before joining Pinnacle HR Consulting, she developed and led initiatives that simplified operational processes in nonprofit and for-profit environments in the healthcare, information technology, education, and transportation industries. 

Tracey has expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, training and development, performance management, benefits administration, and talent management. A problem solver and advocate for communication and mediation, she finds ways to balance employee needs with organizational mission and vision. Tracey holds a bachelor’s degree in physical education and science.
